This very handsome, 16-story cooperative apartment building  was designed by Emery Roth in 1929. With the help of Koutsomitis Architects, we updated the complete apartment while retaining the original and beautiful herringbone patterned hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, and crown moldings. The kitchen was gutted and a new complete updated kitchen installed with stainless steel appliances, backsplash and granite counter tops. Along with the updated windows, and the A/C we also applied Veneer Plaster. The master bath was finished with stone and porcelain tile giving it a cheerful look.
