EXCELLENCE IN PRESERVATION AWARDS : To Kevin Kelly of Banner Construction Corporation, and Robert P. DePippa, Architect of Record, for the careful restoration of 100 South Street, Jersey City Heights, Jersey City, New Jersey. Mr. Kelly and his tireless team kept this late-19th century storefront tenement’s presiding architectural features intact, recreated damaged or missing architectural elements, and constructed a rear wall utilizing original masonry fabric.
