This new residential building was created for full floor or duplex dwelling. BCC along with H.S. Jessup Architecture combined two apartments into one. The residence design preferences ranged from traditional to modern. We added the elegance of glass stairs, marble counter tops in the kitchen, a custom design mosaic tile floor, and a beautifully sketch glass door. Poggenpohl Cabinets, which is Germany's best known brand, created a red luster cabinetry for the kitchen. The master bathroom is fully ceramic tile with soft brownish tones. to add a more elegant modern look to the living room area, we installed a 17ft chandelier.
